WHAT IS CHARTERED STATUS
The Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) will become a mark that recognises all professionals working in project management including project and programme managers and specialists such as planners, risk managers and project controllers. The name positions project professionals alongside professionals from industries such as IT, Quality Management and Engineering. It will also allow APM, in the future, to licence the register to other bodies, allowing applicants to register as Chartered Project Professionals and remain a member of their own professional institute.
